In General

​

1. What is “entry information sheets”? How will you receive this information? This is to confirms your entry for the course. It will contain a QR code and the course name that the person joined for as well the person's name, course code, also the type/method of payment that person has opted for.

2. This section is applying to all the courses available from us.

Payment method (applied to All Adults and Children workshops and courses)

1. All the courses have direct payment, in which you can pay online through PayPal or direct debit.

2. For the payment you can choose the "method of payment" you want just before the checkout in the payment selection box - as identified by "Course Fees" or "Payment".

3. How one can book the services? You can go to the "book now" button which will take you to "services page" from here you can book the services. Or you can go to the "All services" page and book your services. 

4. All courses do not have price and plan policy (as some are one of workshop).

5. All our courses have deposit to reserve your seat (these deposit will be settle with our course fees), One of payment (as Full payment ) and Easy payment plan (as Instalments and deposit). 

6. Most of our course fee is VAT included but those are not will be mention clearly with the course fee.

7. When you are checking the intalment method of payment please the number of instalment the course has.

8. Holidays workshops for the children

• When you book the session the first three (3) bookings will get 10% discount.

• In the one-day workshops we have no instalment. You must make the deposit to reserve your seat and full payment before you go on the workshop.

 

Children courses(face-to-face/Offline)

1. You can make the payment in full (then you get 10% off for your child ONLY if you book the course 2 weeks or 14 days before the courses start date) or in two (2) or three (3) instalment. If you pay in two instalments (first instalment of 60% and the second instalment of 40%), then there will be no offer as you did not make the full payment (so no 10% discount).

2. Those who are making the payment in instalment make sure you make the payment on time otherwise your child will not be allowed to attend the subsequent lessons, until payment has been cleared.

3. For Eg: If the courses with £200. If you are interested in instalment then you the first is 60% = £ 120 and the second instalment is 40% = £79.99, and those courses with £99.99 just under or around £100 have no instalment (but only deposit and full payment).

4. Important notice:                                                                                                  

• Those courses which will be closed during the half-term and summer holidays will be resume after the holidays and half-term.

• When the courses will be resuming, you will receive the information on the text message and email.

• All classes will start as soon as the fully booked and seats are confirmed with deposit.

• During the holidays we will be running the different fun workshops for the kids.

• Holiday workshop booking lines will be open until one week before the workshop is schedule for.

 

 

Adults’ courses (face-to-face/Offline)/(Online-in-person)

1. You can make the payment in full or in instalments. When you make the first instalment then you will receive a confirmation an email as entry information sheet. Hence after the second instalment you will receive the same details, but if you do not make the 2nd instalment (eg: If the course fees is 149.99 then in that case the first instalment of 60% = £90 and the second(2nd) instalment of 40% = £59.99) then you will not be allowed to attend the subsequent lessons, until payment has been cleared.

2. When you booked the course please check it's start date that is stated. Further information you will be receive from us through email as soon as possible.

3. Those student booked for the face to face/Offline will also be receive the entry information sheets like other courses but on the day, you will start the course you have to bring these entry information sheets. If you cannot produce these entry information sheet, we will not be able to give you access to this course.

 

Adults’ courses (Online videos only)

1. You can make the payment in full or in two or three instalment depending on the course fees. When you make a first instalment for only 4 weeks of lessons will be available to you, and when you make the second and final instalment then you will get the access to the next four weeks lessons. But if you make the full payment in at once, you will get the full access to the course.

2. When you make the full payment at once Vat will be included. eg. if the coursefee is £144.99 then the vat is included. Even though it will be mention on the payment page.

3. £149.99 including Vat when you make the payment in instalment (first instalment of 60% = £90 and the second(2nd) instalment of 40% = £59.99).

4. These courses will be available to you from the day you booked up to 6 months again depend on the lenght and complexcity of the course. After that if your course will be get locked. Thereafter to rebook or any further information please do email us we will reply to you as soon as possible. (£15 will be charge for time extension for each of the online videos course.)

5. Once you watch all the videos and complete the course and submit all the assignments, online through email or WhatsApp pictures. Within 2 to 3 months’ time, you will receive your certificate from us in post.

 

One of workshop for the Adults’

1. When you book the one of workshop just check how long is the course duration. The duration of the course depends on the type of the theme course.

2. To book the course you have make the full payment.

3. If you book the course and you do not turn up then in that case, you will lose 40% of your payment.

4. When you will book the course, you will receive the entry information sheet. Which you must get on the day of the workshop.

5. If you have any difficulties to make the payment or book the course, then please contact the office.
